Without giving too much away, your journey takes you through a four-stage appreciative inquiry that is paired with yoga, mindfulness and luxurious self-care.

Stage One: Discovery
Through restorative and gentle yoga you will be guided to rediscover personal highlight moments that will serve as your launchpad for recharging and reenergizing.
Stage Two: Dream
This second stage involves a more invigorating yoga that combines flow sequences and strengthening poses, while focusing on your dreams and relishing the present moment.
Stage Three: Design
Stage three incorporates light weights with yoga as you are led through a series of questions to design your next steps and discover what else is possible as well as savour what is.
Stage Four: Destiny
This restorative experience leaves you feeling rejuvenated, refreshed and reinvigorated. You are ready to step back into your life with a fresh/positive outlook with steps to achieve your next goals.
